Gymophobics Hessle

It's a small but extremely friendly gym for ladies to go to for a work out that obviously works. I had lost 21 inches and over a stone in weight in 20 weeks. Unfortunately I have been ill and was unable to attend for 9 months but I am better now and have gone back. Claire has given me a new programme to get back on track that has been tailored to meet my needs. The staff are very friendly, always encouraging and willing to help. I am not a gym lover but I love gymophobics and all that it delivers to us it's members because the methodology behind the concept actually works.
