After abandoning the free-for-all farce the sports nutrition and supplement industry has become over the last 5 or so years I finally deleted all supplement pages from our site last week. Having spent many hundreds of hours writing in-depth nutritional supplement details and honest reviews since 1999 It was an exercise in clearing out the dead wood. However... this is not the end of the story as right at the start of the year a new kid on the nutritional block popped up; n...amely Cannabis Oil, Cannabidiol (CBD) to be more precise. When you look into the human endocannabinoid system it becomes clear that this is an extremely important leap forward. The legalities are that THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is the restricted canabinoid but there's a vast array of other canabinoids that are neither restricted or classified. Providing the cannabis CBD oil has less than 0.2% THC (produced from low THC strain of cannabis plants) it can be sold legally as a nutritional supplement. Same regulations apply as were enforced with herbal supplements about 10+ years ago in as much as no claims as to the administration, usage, or benefits of it's use can be made however there is a mountain of research and evidence on-line not restricted by UK legislation if you've had your head in the sand for quite a few years. I've looked at quite a number of CBD "nutritional supplement" manufacturers and products this year and found one to start the ball rolling that resonates with me on many levels. The initial wave of CBD products has been added to the site but I'm sure more will follow soon. Naturally I'll be adding greater in-depth personal reviews as I test each product. All of which we can personally attest to the quality of as we have the very same Rack/Bench/Safeties set-up in our own home gym and it's very worthy of a the commercial gym specification bestowed upon it by York Barbell.

Debra has been dipping into my wallet again and until the end of October she's knocked even more off the incredible Tornado Air Bike! Currently ONE HUNDRED QUID cheaper than all other on-line retailers until the eve of all hallows. OMG!

Apparently "The sled is dead" according to Stairmaster. Their HIITMill-X offers a self-powered deck with magnetic resistance fly-wheel providing a never-ending grass track and a front-end frame that allows a equivalent body position and exercise ergonomics as a regular grass-track and sled. The "X" version also includes farmers' walk handles. Watch the video (comments below) and it all makes a bit more sense. Unlimited grass-track run in the floor space of a treadmill. Brilliant idea.

Something for the weekend? Our customers new gym coming together with Half rack, Chin/Dip/Knee raise station and Dual Adjustable Pulley all made to a shorter height to give enough clearance with restricted head-room, and of course 2 matching benches. All delivered and installed in Surrey this morning.

This machine may be marginally more expensive than other popular fan bikes out there but they don't come close to the Tornado in terms of performance, quality and value for money. Now after 3+ years of full commercial use the #TornadoAirBike has proven it's worth and is set to dominate the market in the next few years.

Beautiful, extremely heavy duty and sturdy, stable, quiet when in use (a lovely gentle whooshing sound), comfortable to sit on, and provides a superb upper and lower body work-out (I'm using it for HIIT). I would also like to thank Pete at GymRatz, who was very open and honest on the phone about various products, and helped me to make the best decision about which product to buy. Just when the technology side of WaterRower was starting to get left behind they come out with the #SmartRow - It's a replacement pulley wheel packed with sensors which blue-tooths up to a smartphone app and gives advanced ergometer data and power feedback. App is currently on iOS and due to be released on Android this month! ⤋⤋⤋

Taking into account how highly critical I am about pretty much everything in general, I rarely ever put opinion to keyboard and write any reviews.



However I felt compelled to put down how thoroughly impressed I was with the service Debs and Pete gave me in my recent purchase of an Airbike - quick responses, personal/personable conversations, good sound advice and kept fully up to date on my order.



I'll definitely both use again and recommend to others. In a world of anonymous internet purchases, keep up the human element of retail, it's becoming a lost art. �
