My daughter turned five recently and all she wanted was a ‘baby parasaurolophus’ cake. I had so much fun moulding it freehand, and with zero waste. Leftover cake and buttercream mixed together in a food processor makes the most brilliant edible moulding paste!

I am a single-person operation with a full-time opera career, but I will always do my darndest to deliver a fabulous piece of wonderful-tasting deliciousness to those in need.

Madeleine made the most extraordinary wedding cake for us which LOOKED incredible but also TASTED even better than it looked. She was excellent to communicate with, did small extra cakes for my vegan, coeliac and nut allergic friends and I’m super excited for our 1 year anniversary cake coming soon �
Madeleine made an extraordinarily beautiful cake for my daughter’s Christening. It was the star of the day and we enjoyed eating it for days afterwards too. Amazingly talented lady.
