For International Women's day we want to celebrate our brilliant General Manager Alexandra Caciuc, who has been with us since the beginning and without whose tireless devotion we would not have been able to open Hām let alone be celebrating our first year. Alex was in the opening team for 45 Jermyn Street and management team of Spring Restaurant . During her time at 45 Jermyn street she was a finalist in the prestigious Gold Service Scholarship. She is a fantastic manager and... team leader; her skill at knowing everything that is going on in the room at any given time is quite incredible.
