Took my Canon 650D in just to have the sensor cleaned on the 'while you wait service. I was told it would take about 2 - 2.5 hours but it was ready in 1.5 hours. Perfect job and great service, will recommend their service to others.

There staff are friendly and very helpful, the service is excellent and can't recommend them enough, and will be returning to have my camera serviced and body/lenses for calibration

The mirror detached from my Canon. I emailed H Lehmann ltd for a quote if repair was possible. instead I was told the camera could be repaired under warranty even though I 've owned it for over seven years. the camera was repaired quickly and returned as good as new. Fantastic Service.

Superb service, repaired malfunctioning zoom on my Cannon 18-135 lense. Very cost effective and prompt repair. Definitely worth using if you have any sort of camera problems.

My first visit this morning with my canon 300d not powering up. Didn't have .much hope of getting it fixed as its an old camera which is what i was told when i got there. " but give us 10 minutes to have a look" 10 .minutes later handed my camera fixed, result . cost? Have that on us he said!! Very rare nowadays. Make your own mi da up

I found them nice and helpful over the phone... but in person they were truly fantastic and the service provided was of great value and also of great quality.

I feel very lucky to live within an hour of Lehmann Ltd.

My D5 MkII had been unreliable with a flash gun for a while and had now refused to recognise either of my flashes.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, camera was taken straight into the workshops and the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes. Very reasonable quote given on the spot and repair completed within a week on by the promised date.

Can't recommend them too highly.

Following a phone call with a very helpful gentleman I sent my Eos7D for repair. They kept me informed via a web link and notified me when complete . I phoned to make payment and the repaired body was returned with next day delivery. Very happy with their service

Had my 5D and a lens serviced last month and was dreadfully disappointed. I was promised a call prior to work starting but never received any kind of communication. They charged my card £318 and I'm not really sure what for. I expected a report but I just received my camera back. Still no idea of the firmware or shutter count. On receiving the body back it refused to go to sleep. Set the auto off to one minute but after 45 minutes it was still on and battery nearly flat !

Sadly disappointed with service from a service centre that are Nikon Professional Services affiliated. Called them before dropping off kit for service to be told 7-10 business days for service. Kit dropped off and informed of the date kit was required back by (today) and told yes no problem we will have it ready in time. After 9 business days told that the kit will not be ready for another 2-3 days. Why bother to give time windows (and conservative ones) when you are unable to fulfill them.
