H Room : Retailer Of The Year Award Winners

Have been going here for years now. Under new (lovely) management and I certainly wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Special thanks to Carolina who fit in an appointment for me at late notice today. She is always so friendly and makes me feel totally relaxed and at ease. Also a perfectionist which is of course fantastic!

I have been a few times over the years with mixed experiences but I must say they have really wowed me recently.
Sandra has done my brows before and they were flawless. I had my first facial with her today and it was a brilliant experience. She is friendly and so knowledgable.
Carolina is warm and reassuring. She helped a very nervous me through my first Brazilian and made me feel relaxed and well looked after.
Both are brilliant and will certainly be coming back to see them both!

Carolina is excellent! Worth every penny for the great and friendly service. A bikini wax isn't exactly a fun experience but Carolina is great at putting you at ease and making you as comfortable and pain free as possible!

I just had the most amazing wax experience with Carolina. She was professional and did an excellent job as well as making me feel completely relaxed and at ease! She was very fun and down to earth and went the extra mile to make sure I was hair free. I would definitely recommend this place and her as a beautician.

The ladies in here are absolutely fantastic and all so friendly!! I've had various treatments in HROOM and they have all been amazing and to such a high standard. My usual therapist is Lauren who is absolutely brilliant and I see every few weeks for my nails - she does a perfect job everytime!! Love her!! xx
