Took my watch in to have the strap adjusted. £20, and the watch just fell off my wrist a week later. I went to a watch repair specialist to find out why the pins were loose to be told that following the adjustment it hadn't been put back together correctly and bits were missing. I'd recommend the watch repair centre in Debenhams. They know what they are doing.
