The customer service at this branch was shocking. It looked as though they were serving customers on a first come basis. I was happy to wait until my turn although all I wanted was the size of a ring which I had bought with me and was on my lunch break. The manager finished severing the customer she was with at the time to think she would then serve me next but she decided to completely ignore me and serve the customer who literally just walked in and was standing behind me. I continued to wait while she continued to ignore me and when she did finally get round to serving me and I bought it to her attention if they are serving customers on a first come basis then I was next to which she decided to get in a mood about with me as though it was my issue. Great experience that! Definitely won't be going back there and to think I use to work in a H Samuel branch myself in Manchester which was far more busier than the Loughborough branch and I wouldn't have got into a huff and puff with customers if they bought something to my attention.

Not good! Bought ear rings for wife's gift at Christmas (£40) Lost a back 1st time out, checked the other one, very loose and flimsy build. Went back twice, waited about 10 minutes each time. (To get new back or alternative ear rings) Left without speaking to anyone. Will not be shopping here agin
