Bought gold earrings from here which literally broke in my hand within a week. They weren't cheap and I was very careful! Changed them and new ones diamond came out after couple weeks also. Not good quality!

Really appalling I've had to have a refund on an engagement ring after it firstly coming back with a diamond missing and thin band and then to have a replacement for two months later another diamond missing. I've had a fill refund but no compensation for the trips in and out of town to go to the store and the fact I've now lost the centimental value of the ring.
