Amazing team and customer service was outstanding.

When having my engagement ring cleaned for the wedding the a diamond came out and was lost and it was only realised by me on the wedding day.

The staff couldn't do enough to help and the manager was great exchanging the ring so we could have one similar on our special day.

Thank you so so much for everything.
