Today was my first time visiting the shop and I was very impressed at the thorough help and advice I received. I'm so excited to have found a super comfortable harness and best of all, it was on sale. I can't wait to try it out in Langebaan! Thank you for your patience today :-)

These guys still have the passion for the sports and go the extra mile for their customers and friends - respect !

Really helpful in choosing wetsuits for the kids (13 & 9). Plenty of options with knowledgeable and considerate staff. Now have kids that are going to be warm and comfortable in the water.

Great service! There was a courier issue, which happens and wasn't H2O's fault, but James couldn't have been more helpful and it was really quickly resolved. Love my new paddle board!

Amazing service from H20 - I bought some windsurfing gear from them in 2015 and lost part of the mastfoot. I contacted Matt to see if I could buy the part from him rather than buy a whole new mastfoot and he has Fedex'd me one free of charge .... absolutely amazing given it's 2 years since I bought my kit. They really look after customers ... Brilliant. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I ordered a SUP package plus extras from h2o mid week after some great advice from them. All payments went through and I expected the board to arrive by the weekend. The weekend came and went and still no board.

After some time spent on the phone with a very helpful Matt, it was concluded that FedEx had 'lost' my purchase. Another was packaged up and sent out with Thursday being the delivery date. My place of work called to inform me that my package had arrived. To my great disappointment, upon opening the parcel, I discovered a paddle (thank you again to Matt for the upgrade after the original had gone missing), a leash, a dry phone cover and yet NO SUP board package.

Again, several phone calls later I'm still left with no board and no answer from FedEx yet as to what has happened.

I'll stress that the service from h2o has been very good and Matt is doing what he can to resolve the issue, but I am increasingly frustrated at still having no board over week after payment has been taken! I can only hope that I don't miss out an a second weekend of getting out on the water....

Well thanks to the team at h2o, my board came on Saturday after the overnight delivery of a third one from the boys! By Tuesday afternoon my order was complete with a few extras thrown in to make up for the long process! I can't praise the h20 team enough. They certainly will bend over backwards to solve problems.

Unfortunately I have to post this bad review - I ordered some seat covers 10 days ago and it's taken h20 all this time just to tell me they don't have my items in stock. That's quite a long time to work out the item isn't in the warehouse. Sorry guys but that's not good service to me!

Jay has just offered me a replacement free of charge to be sent out today so my faith in h20 has been restored :)

Very bad experience. I bought a kitesurf equipment one month ago and I am still waiting for the delivery. they are now saying that it is out of stock, but before the order they ensured me that is was available.

So they have my money, but I did not get anything. I will never buy anything else from them.
