Brilliant customer service , brilliant bikes with cheap prices!

It was such a pleasure to buy a bike at this shop. They are very nice and help you decide about which is the best bike for you. Perfect quality for the price. I bought a teman + helmet + lights for 200. I would highly recomend it!

Just awful, everything about this placebwas awful. Never have I left a shop where I was intending on spendind decent amount of money, have i felt so frustated.

Shop was a mess, was trying to move out the way for someone and ended up knocking over a bike n chipping it. At first i felt awful but my sincere attempt to show how sorry i was, was met with some passive aggressive comment, like i was the one who rested a bike unfixed to another one in cluttered shop.

I have never left a review for a place ever, I really hope this shop goes down under

Absolutely fantastic service with kind and friendly staff selling fantastic quality bikes for prices better than anywhere else! If you're thinking of getting a second hand bike for the same price from gumtree then I recommend coming here for a new bike with servicing and warranty!

Went to hackney cycles new exactly what I wanted having checked website, teman white frame blue NO LOGO wheels,built in 30 mins while I watched and chatted to bike engineering, great staff no messing around,would recommend to anyone looking for a great priced fixie or hybrid bike in your choice of colours.

Popped in this evening on the way home as my bike was making a strange noise, my issue was diagnosed straight away with advice to fixing it. (They didn't have the part at the time). Great service.

I Bought a NO LOGO Black edition Bike and I am not disappointed at all. Service is not the Top Quality but employees are very kind, friendly and funny. Price are in the average and service is good. Local shop with pleasant people, always better than big mega store with fake employee ;)

Wow! I am amazed by my self designed bike. The owner was very patient while I was hesitating about what colour to chose for each components. Very welcoming staff and good energy in the shop. My partner purchased a bike a month ago and I decided to get one for myself, updated the tires and got some fancy mud guards, I will ride it pretty much every day to work and they seem very durable and fast. Brilliant serve, I highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

The guy's at Hackney bikes are very welcoming. First let me go for a test ride to find the most comfortable size. I opted for the most basic single speed steel frame bike and a guy build it for me in 30-35 mins. the bike wights about 11 kg. They also welcome special requests and modifications. 1 year warranty is place for your peace of mind.

I am so far quite happy with my bike.

I bought a road bike a few years back, superb service including fitting very knowledgable staff and always willing to help out. The best bike shop . with a really comprehensive range of bikes they just need to open one up whole london. Go and have a chat I guarantee you will buy a bike.

Not the best around for customer service, but the guys are friendly enough. More importantly, if you are just looking for a great single-speed bike to sprint around the city on, then this is the place. Their bikes are great for the price.

People here are rather friendly, extremely quick and the repairs are very affordable. Since I've lived in the neighbourhood I've been here quite a few times and they never disappoint. highly recommended

I was cycling down Hackney road and my chain came off. I fixed the chain myself but it happened again two seconds later.

Luckily I was two mins away from Hackney Cycles who fixed my bike in five minutes, free of charge.

I popped in a couple of days later because the chain was still a bit 'crunchy'. They took it in over night. It was just a chain positioning problem.

Really impressed that they were honest about the problem and didn't charge me. Even though they took the time to service it. I noticed minor tuning on the breaks, seat and tires.

Excellent service, I will definitely come back to buy a new bike and service my current one.
