Hackney WickED Art Festival and CIC is a dynamic force for promoting local art and culture from Hackney Wick and Fish Island, East London. We are dedicated to providing a platform for artists to showcase their work alongside established and international names. We have run an annual 3 day art festival since 2008, except the special year of 2012 when we chose to curate smaller events throughout the year, avoiding the London 2012 Games games. Hackney WickED Art Festival champions creativity through Art Exhibitions, Open Studios, Performance, Film, Fetes, Music, Development Workshops, Tours and more. We love working with partners and also seek international collaborations, in addition to taking Hackney WickED on your to locations outside of Hackney Wick and pop ups at like-minded festivals.
