A truly top-of-the-range caravan 42ft by 13ft + – elegance, comfort and convenience for you and the whole family. Exceptionally spacious, with lovely lakeside views, it has many of the benefits of a lodge but also the genuine caravan “feel”. Double glazing and full central heating. Lakefield is a quiet part of Haggerston but just five minutes from the site complex and all amenities easily accessed on foot by “Riverside” pedestrian walkway.

Lounge : free-standing two seater sofa bed, two free standing comfortable swivel armchairs, 40” freeview TV and DVD player, electric cast-iron log-effect stove, fitted shelving and cupboards. Dimmer switch controlled lighting. French doors lead out onto decked patio area with furniture, looking out onto the lake. Kitchen : Double oven and microwave, 5-ring gas hob, fridge /freezer and drinks chiller. Dishwasher and washing machine (iron and ironing board provided)

Master bedroom : kingsize bed, large wardrobes with built-in vanity unit. Free- standing dressing table with chair, vanity mirror and spotlights. Ensuite with toilet, radiator and shower cubicle.


Twin bedroom : single beds, vanity area with mirror and stool.
