T& Cs:
1. Deposits may be retained for any damages caused.

2. No refund of security deposit for cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival.

2. Holiday payment refunds can only be given if cancelled in writing no later than 4 weeks before arrival date.

Payment Terms
o £50 refundable security deposit is required to secure booking. If deposit is not received within 48 hours of booking, then the booking will be released.
o Full balance is due 5 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise the booking will be released, and security deposit lost.
o Full cost MUST be paid prior to arrival.
o Bookings taken within 5 weeks of arrival date will only be accepted if payment is made in full and received within 3 working days.
o The £50 refundable security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure. (see deposit return below)
o Payment via bank transfer. Credit card payments will be accepted shortly.
o Camp passes are not included, these are available from reception.
o On receipt of deposit, booking confirmation with full payment information and terms will be sent to you. On receipt of full payment, you will receive your full caravan check in details.

Cancellations
o Deposits are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation made within 5 weeks of arrival date – to cover our costs, there are NO exceptions to this. We are more than happy for guests to transfer their booking to someone else, in these circumstances.
o Cancellations made within 5 weeks of arrival will lose full holiday payment unless we are able to refill the booking. Security deposit will remain non-refundable.
o If the cancelled booking is filled at a lower price, only the relevant amount from replacement booking will be returned minus the deposit.
o In the event of a cancellation, the hirer must confirm this in writing.
o No refund will be made once a hire has commenced for any reason.
o Refunds will only be considered in certain circumstances at the owner’s discretion and subject to the time remaining to the holiday and a replacement booking being obtained.

Security Deposit Return
o The security deposit will be full refunded at the end of the hire period and returned within seven days of departure date under the following circumstances.
o The caravan owner reserves the right to withhold some or the entire deposit and /or bill the hirer for the additional cost of:
• Replacing and /or repairing all damage
• Breakages
• Cleaning
 You will be charged if we have to wash your dirty pots / pans /dishes
 If we are required to remove stains or replace any items as new.
 No bedding with bodily fluids on will be washed and damaged duvets or pillows will be replaced as new from the security deposit
 All breakages, damage and stains within the caravan must be paid for.
o The hirer must inform the caravan owners within 4 hrs of arrival of all defects, inventory shortages and / or breakages. Failure to do so will result in you, the hirer being responsible.

General Booking Conditions
o Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are twenty-one(21) years of age and above. No same sex groups (Couples and Family’s only).
o Only the persons on the booking form may stay at the caravan. Over Occupancy will not be tolerated. Any undisclosed extra people, visiting, dropping off extras must be made known
o ALL changes to a booking are allowed by prior agreement with the caravan owners and confirmed in writing to the owners.
o The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form.
o The hirer agrees that all persons named on the booking form shall be with you (the hirer) during your hire period of the holiday caravan. Holiday park owners and /or their staff shall have a copy of your booking form. The booking form is important because it is for you and your party’s safety and security purposes only.
o Each person listed on the booking form and your guest(s) /visitor(s) must be prepared to identify themselves to the park owners or their staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements.
o The hirer shall notify the caravan owners in writing with any changes to person(s) listed on the booking form at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event, prior to arrival at the holiday park.
o The hirer must give access to the holiday caravan as / when required to the caravan owners, holiday park owners and their staff / agents.
o You must give the caravan owner fair and reasonable opportunity to rectify problems or offer suitable compensation.
o In the event that you are not happy with the response from the owner then you must seek legal advice, as this will protect the rights of both parties.
o You must not make comments, or post photos or videos in any public domain such as Facebook / Twitter etc as any such action could be considered defamatory and leave you at risk of prosecution.
o The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason and / or reserve the right to terminate any booking for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.
Conditions of Hire
o The holiday caravan may be occupied from 3pm onwards on the first day of hiring.
o The holiday caravan MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of hiring. Ready for cleaner to check over. Failing to vacate at or before 10am will be charged £20 for our cleaner to return.
o In the case of a maintenance problem, the hirer shall contact the caravan reception. D. I. Y repairs must NOT be attempted. If the hirer does any D. I. Y repairs / refuse entry to the repairs team then the security deposit will be withheld to pay for such work to be checked and rectified as required.
o No pets are allowed.
o Smoking is NOT permitted in the caravan or standing at the door entrance. A deep clean will be charged if the smell of smoke is an issue on exit.
o The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure, ready for a quick clean by the cleaner. Should the caravan be left in a condition where the cleaners are required to undertake any of the extra cleaning duties noted in the security deposit cleaning section above then the appropriate amount of the deposit will be withheld.
o Holiday park owners and their staff do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the hirer’s property and / or accidents, injuries, illness, diseases, arising from the hire of the caravan or use of the holiday park, including acts of god or extreme weather conditions.
o If you are asked to vacate the caravan / holiday park by the holiday park owners or their staff for any reason whatsoever, the caravan owners shall not refund any money paid.
o Once we have received your deposit you the hirer has agreed to the full terms and conditions, as above, as applicable at the time of your booking.

o Please note that due to items being replaced on occasion, they may not match exactly to the pictures. However, pictures are updated regularly.
o All guests must bring own towels and bed linen.

Data Processing
Your aware we will need some personal data and agree to us holding that data for the duration of the hire and will remove all data following the end of the hire period.
