The last 2 weeks I have had atleast 5 last minute cancellations which means It's not fair on me or my business as it is too late for me to fill the appointment. I need 48 hours notice to be able to offer the appointment to someone else. This is the busiest time of year for us all in this industry. Please understand that if you do cancel such last minute there will be a charge as I have lost out, if you fail to pay then you will no longer be able to book an appointment with me. Today was the first time in years I had gone into a hairdressers. The main reason being, I never end up with the colour or cut I want and have normally ended up spending £80 then going home and sobbing into a brown box colour from boots. I had noticed Zoe's work online and knew milly had opened the new salon so decided to give it a go. I have honestly never been so happy with my hair. Zoe listened to what I wanted and made sure I was 100% happy before leaving. I was most nervous about the hair cut but she just took off what was needed and gave it a trim rather than lobbing half of it off. I will definately be going back again. Lovely salon! Keep it up ladies xxx

I left my hair alone for years to go back natural brown after 10 years of being a bottle blonde! I wanted to go lighter / balayage again. I shopped around a lot and finally decided I’d get myself booked in with Zoe. Although the wait was long (because she’s damn good and therefore gets booked up) the wait was totally worth it because she’s the best and I absolutely love my colour now!! Thanks Zoe! �

I have been getting my nails done by Paula for many years as she is THE best and the only person I would get my nails done by! On Saturday I got my hair highlighted cut and blow dried by Lucy for the first time and I am so pleased with it! Gorgeous clean non brassy classy blonde. I have also had my eyebrows shaped by charlotte. Thank you girls! I am currently working out what else I can get done! X

Had my hair colour correction done by Zoe and she was brilliant, I would definitely recommend her, she was honest and advised what was best for my hair so it didn't get ruined, the other girls were also great and friendly, a lovely team and good banter x

Always dubious about going to a new hair dresser, but safe to say when Zoe did my hair i absolutely loved it!! Thank you so much

So disappointed. Had treatments hear before and always been happy. Went for my eye brows done a week ago and was so unhappy. Not what I wanted at all after clearly telling the girl what I wanted. Brows looked really thin. Told the girl and she then decided to dye them to make them look thicker without doing a patch test. (Told her before I sat down ....multiple times ...I have sensitive skin around my brows) left with itchy brows and still unhappy. Called and emailed (no response to email or Facebook message) the manager of the salon and she asked me to take photos and send them (which I did) and they will get back to me as they girl is self employed .... Still heard nothing. This place has changed... Poor customer service through out from sitting down to telling the girl I wasn't happy through to my complaint. My brows were left as two different shapes widths and lengths. Not to mention the sore dry rashy itchy skin I still have!!!!!

Had my hair cut & coloured a few weeks back! Cut was awful one side longer than the other it was chopped at not cut. I explained in great detail how my hair needs to be cut and foils need to be plenty due to gow thick my hair is. You couldn't even see that I had my hair coloured two different shades. Would never go back here again!
