We are a completely mobile service, and each of our dedicated extensionists will come to you for consultation & fitting.

Terms and Conditions
(i) Deposits are non refundable.
(ii) We have a no refund policy once the hair has been fitted, if you are very unhappy Hairfaeries will come to an agreement which will usually involve a free fitting if the fault is down to the service.
(iii) If you are unhappy with the service, requests must be made within 14 days of your fitting for a free refitting.
(iiii) 'No shows' are chargeable of £20 and an invoice will be posted to your residential address unless you have a valid and reasonable excuse.
(V) We cannot reserve appointments without taking a deposit.
(VI) We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for hair extensions removed by anybody but a HairFaerie, even if the client has been fitted with our service.
(VII) HairFaeries cannot accept responsibility for failures in care. If extensions are uncared for and the correct aftercare procedures are not followed, no action can be taken by either party.
