Wore extensions all of my life and it’s only been a day and I can tell they’re the best quality and are gonna last me a long long time. So neat. Amazing customer service. Dawn is soooo quick and amazing at what she does ���� go in feeling shitty coming out feeling like a new person with a smile on your face. Not just about the hair in a salon it’s about the atomostphere and I felt so comfortable. Amazing ����

Really can’t recommend Dawn enough, for the first time ever I have long luscious hair. I’m also a bit useless and keep pulling some out and Dawn, without any problems, sticks them back in. Friendly staff, couldn’t ask for more.

I have been coming to dawn for over a year now and I have to say her and her team are the best at what they do. I can’t rave enough about this place! Recommend anyone who is looking for extensions. I travel from another city and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

After some ‘interesting’ extensions damaged my hair from a previous salon, dawn and the girls removed all of them and fixed my very damaged hair. New set of lovely extensions that worked for my hair. I have now being going over a year, with the same set of extensions and had some amazing colours (due to my need to constantly change). Brilliant, friendly ladies, who make you feel very comfortable as soon as you sit down!

My Daughter wanted silver hair with extentions to match for her prom ( in which was her 1st getting extentions so basically didn't have a clue what to get) But the girls wasted no time and set to it and achieved it no problem.

The transformation from what her hair was to what it became was totally outstanding all thanks to Ellie & Dawn �

Dawn is the best hair specialist I have been to for extensions & she blends my hair perfectly! With me being ginger she found the perfect blends and colours to match my hair tone. Dawns salons is so welcoming. I walk in stressed and leave the happiest lass in Sunderland. She is a gem with her lovely work girls they’re so down to earth. Always leave laughing my head off.

Dawn has been doing my hair for nearly 7 years now and every time i get it done its amazing, i wouldn't go any where else, she go's out her way to try fit you in even if it means she has to work later and the rest of the girls in the salon are lovely xxx

Dawn has been doing my extensions for about 5 years, i’ve tried about 4 different methods and she has never disappointed. The salon is always busy probably because she is so good and hates to disappoint anyone! Always a perfect colour blend, always fitted perfectly and styled amazingly. Dawn and all of the staff and her other clients are always super friendly. And the little shop is gorgeous. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
