We have a new Tai Chi class in our Hale House studio every Monday at 6pm run by Master Allerton at Tai Chi North Yorkshire. Master Allerton also offers 1-2-1 sessions.

Natalie is running a fabulous fund raising yoga class on Sat 30th. Come along and try it out- all funds raised will go to such an important local cause.

We are excited to annouce we will be hosting a Macmillan coffee afternoon here in the Hale House Studio on Friday 27th Sept at 1:30pm.
We will be selling cakes, brownies, flapjacks and other treats.* All proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.
Everybody is welcome, more the merrier to raise money for a fantastic cause.
