Here at Halesowen Homemade we are very proud of our children's books. We love creating fun stories that make your child feel special and encourage them to read.

We are a small, independent and responsible company caring about the quality of our work and our customer service. We have a local community focus, telling stories and creating the type of personalised books that large publishers don't.

Jenny and William met on the other side of the world in New Zealand. They first started making children's books to send home to Jenny's family as gifts. Jenny and William now live in Halesowen together. In 2016 they came up with the idea to continue their passion by starting Halesowen Homemade. From their living room they write, print, laminate, package and distribute their own line of books - while having lots of fun too!

William is our author. He works very hard developing new ideas for stories. He enjoys visiting libraries, charity shops and chatting with our wonderful locals while delivering gifts to your very own door step.

Jenny is our illustrator. She is very creative and loves seeing each unique book come to life. She also focuses on the administrative running of the business and can often be found sending emails and taking phone calls from our lovely customers.

In the future, we aim to provide children's books about relevant situations and issues that young children experience today.
