Had a blowout in back wheel of electric bike, where the motor is. A couple of local bike repair shops did not want to know because it was electric, so I took it to Halfords. They were really helpful and I was sorted in half an hour and on my way. Good friendly service.

Malcom at Halfords, hedge end, saved the day for us this afternoon when we couldn't find the key to our Halfords roof box as we were about to go on holiday!!! Awesome customer service! Thank you so much!

Probably the last place I would go, if I wanted motor parts or accessories. It is a big retail outfit with big retail prices. You can do better if you shop around.

Got what we wanted. But I lost £20 man went to go and check the cctv and came back saying I had put it in my pocket! I know what's in my pockets!! Still my steering wheel cover is alright! Just won't be going back to this branch!

I've had car stereos fitted by this Halfords branch before with no issues, but on my current vehicle the installation caused some troubles due to a faulty unit and some incompatibilities with my model of car. Throughout the whole process the staff were very helpful and tried their best to resolve the issue. Overall they made it very easy to get it resolved, with no bureaucratic hoops to jump through, and I felt like they truly went above and beyond to conclude my problem.

I've given four stars because it was a frustrating experience from the perspective that there were issues in the first place, but at no point did I feel frustrated with the staff for their attitude towards helping me. They were excellent with the way they handled it.
