Tried to call three times this morning on a small enquiry I had. After ringing for ages they picked up the phone and immediately hung up all three times. Only had a small question which wouldn't have taken long to resolve and was of importance to me. I only wanted to see if they had any puncture resistant tyres in stock as I needed them today for work tomorrow. Not happy.

Awful, from start to finish. It took me over a week to get through to the store on the phone in order to schedule a service for bike, and when the day for the service finally came it took me over an hour in the store to simply drop the bike off. The store is severely understaffed and the few staff I did interact with were rude and unhelpful.

The staff was knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, and very helpful. Richard listened to all my concerns and helped point me towards a bike that fit me. He even suggested I get my order filled closer to home, but gave me all the numbers I needed so my order was what I wanted.

I agree that the store is often under-staffed but I have found them to be very helpful. I must give credit to the cycle staff who have sometimes fixed things for free and also supplied the odd nut or bolt for free as well. My major gripe is that I sometimes park my bicycle/motorcycle near to the fitting bays and there is often a lot of debris on the ground around there which could cause a puncture.

Came into Halfords with an issue with a bike seat, two guys helped us free of charge so we decided to come back and grab a new bike from them. Picked it up today, Billy and another guy - cant remember his name but he's relatively new there - were accomodating and helpful and dealt well even though they had many people to help. Credit to your company! Will be back!

Costumer service is cero 000, I bought a satnav and the man selling it to me, was falling asleep, no motivation to deal with clients, I though his behave was because of my nationality but they treat everybody in bad way, few months later I ask for some parts and the man there at the desk was horrible as well, anyway since this 2nd incident I go to wilco.I do not recomend this shop to anybody!!!!

My experience with these guys is shocking! Very bad customer service don't answer the phone calls within a set time period! My bike has had to go back 3 times w8thib a space of 2 months the first 2 times within a month! I'm shocked st the way the staff just stand around and not doing their job aswell. I've seen it with my own eyes. Disgusting.

I must have been to this store many times in the twenty years I've lived in Norwich. It's effectively unmanned, you may as well grab the things you need and just walk out, you have about as much chance of being served by a real human here as you might have on the moon, regardless of time or day off the week you visit... Also, the staff will tell bare faced lies about being obliged to provide your email address for your item warranty to be valid. The staff only make educated guesses about their products with limited technical knowledge. And good luck finding a parking space. The very antithesis of what a consumer experience should be about. Sorry.
