Some retarded staff but otherwise not bad.

Really rude staff, they don't care for customers. Someone from your company have to check your staff how they treat your customers, a huge disappointment.

Extremely poor, bad and Worst store I have ever visited i was told my bikes will be ready today when I went one of the staff (Nathan) told me only one bike will be ready today I explained him that I was told by the manager I can pick up 2 bikes and third one on Thursdayi then asked for the customer support number he was extremely rude And said I can speak to customers upport but only one bike will be done today. Hike I was speaking with customer upport he was shouting and would not just let me speak he was more likely looking to fight very rude bad behaviour and attitude he had no respect for customer at all. Although Halfords customer support was great and also surprised by his attitude. Halfords customer support had arranged my bike in other store which I will be picking up today. However I will not recommend anyone Halfords ilford store

Nathan smashed it. Super helpful. Very knowledgeable. Hopefully I learned something watching him work!

A year ago had my fleet car serviced, went to collect it & told didn't have my brake pads so had to book it in another day.
My brake warning light was on when I collected the car the first time, they said it was because they could not fit the new pads.

After fitting new pads still on, when I complained they said it was my fault and the light was on when I took it in.
After an argument they found a brake sensor was in plugged and denied their fault.
Rubbish service, I lost £100s cancelling driving lessons and tests because of their incompetence.
Today I took my car to Kwik fit Cranbrook rd.
Service new tyres and pads all done in a few hours, great service.

Booked MOT and service online. Guy from the auto center calls later in the day that he cannot accommodate as its too busy. I try to arrange with another auto center but get no confirmation of the change via email just a verbal confirmation. The booking is moved consequently to 8.30 am at Ilford on Saturday morning i am told. When i check their website this center doesnt even open until 9am.. why are they so inefficient?

5 Starts for the customer friendly staff. The mechanic over there is great.
