Excellent service and customer support by their staff. I dealt with Kam at this store who is very friendly and good at his job. Replaced the broken gear part of my brand new bike without a fuss.

NEVER EVER Give them your email address, Halfords are selling your personal details to Marketing companies where they then flood you with junk emails, absolutely disgusted.

Staff are largely clueless and will gladly try to b.s. you if they think it will save them the embarrassment of saying they don't know the answer to your question, which could be a real problem if you genuinely clueless about what you are asking. Saying that there is not a lot of other options so you are kind of stuck with Halfords.

My first point of contact was Abbey a pleasant young lady who helped me with choosing my sons bike.
The bike was for my sons birthday and with the help of the team Charlie, Ryon and carlo made this a special day for JACK great work and customer care. I will definitely use Halfords again. Many thanks
