Wow what a rubbish store the staff are so bad don’t waste your time with the store you won’t get any help from staff and if you did they are clueless.. if I got give 0 stars I would

Really disappointing I visited this store with the intention of buying a dash cam and having it hardwired + SD card fitting the whole thing would have cost over £200+ I walk in stuff busy chatting away amongst them self I walk over to the dash cam counter no one to help I ask one of them he reluctantly comes over bearing in mind I had done a little research before I went in so I sort of knew the 1 I wanted + a back up 1 just wanted to know the difference and what 1 offered over the other 1 my answer was more money you send the Better the camera really ?? That’s not what I asked I want to know things about the 2 different dash cams poor staff would never shop in Halfords again waste of time try employing people who want to work for u who can actually give you some useful information and then maybe your store would do a lot Better because I was a customer willing to spend £200+ but you lost out! Shocking store..

I came here today to buy a light bulb for my car and asked the man the counter for it to be fitted on for me which was as additional charge which i was happy to pay although i feel it is overpriced.

The man asked me to wait in the car and said the wait will be 10mins which i was happy to wait.

40min later and nobody has come to help so i walked back into the store and the man looked and my receipt and was shocked that i have been waiting for so long.
He then said someone will be out straight away.
15min later a lady with funky hair came out and changed the lights for me and she was sorry for the delay. Im future i would wait inside so they wont forget about paying customers.

The pump outside doesn't work bu they offer one inside for free. The staff is helpful.

The staff member who helped me was great, answered all my questions thoroughly. Had to wait a while for him to help as there was only 1 person working in the bicycle section at the time, however when he was free to assist, I received great customer service.

I came here looking for a very common brand of fuel cleaner. Disappointed to learn that the item was out of stock, i wasn't pleased as this is quite a large store.

Most horrible customer service in London. Staff so unprofessional it took them 3 visits to realise that my bike fork was bent, I had to tell them twice to check that. The guy at the reception is so ignorant that it's hard to believe. Will never come back there again, and if you have any issues with your bike and you want to save time do not even try to go there.... Horrible.

Unhelpful, rude, slow service. They actually aren't any cheaper than the independent shops. It took me 30 minutes to find a member of staff, they actually seemed angry that i was asking for help... Also, they wouldn't let me borrow a screw driver for a minute to try fitting something, what is that about? They didn't have the part in the end.

My advice is to go to nearby Paradise Cycles instead. I've bought and fitted a bike pannier for much cheaper than Halfords, with great service - really helpful and pleasant!

Always trying to sell the expensive service you don't need. My bike is well maintained, and I only need gear adjustment £8. They tried to get me the bike rebuilt for £80, then charged me £18 to change the wire in the gear, while nothing is wrong with the wire. They are not providing helpful advice, and only thinking about how to rip you off.
