Great advice and help from Dylan at Halfords re: negative cable for battery. Swift service, really polite and we were done in 10 minutes. Top job!

Went to buy a bike for my son but the manager had no clue about discounts available and she refused to honour the current discount offer. The Somalian gentleman had more knowledge than her, he is the one who should be running the place with his excellent customer service skills. At the end bought the bike from Becton with the correct price. This white woman manager should be demoted for her lack of any care for her customers!

Bought a bike from thos store firat day chain fell off one of there workers put it back on then chain kept comin off then one day my step son fell off when chain came off took it back to the store who said he broke it and will cost 45 to fix then rang again a day later saying it was wrong derailer and that we modified ot when i aont got a clue how i would change one then spoke to customer service and after 3 weeks of trying to get this sorted they finally agreed was their failt and repaired it for free also staff there were very rude and i would defintely not buy a bike again from here

Went there to fix my bike. It was meant to close at 5. But the staff patiently worked after closing time to fix it. Very happy customer.!!

I'm as surprised as you are, but I went to get a child seat put on my bike and the price was great and their service was fantastic.

I went there yesterday and they give good costumer service and very quick to get what you want.

I really appreciate the workers up stairs they also help me make my bike preform brilliant and there always there if You need them keep up the good work

Keep postponing the appointments and are highly inefficient. I'd rather go to a local garage. Big on brand low on service. Customer service is ridiculous and would never recommend to anyone.

You need more staff. The staff that are there are great.
