Have used these people for years, have always had good advice and friendly service at a reasonable price.

Poor don't think staff knew what they were doing.

I found James to be very unhelpful, was being pushed to buy Thule roof bars £190 instead of the Halfords version £90 and was told they just don't work.

Purchased Halfords version and was given wrong fitting kit, returned to store and delt with James again, was very unhelpful again. Reluctantly checked system again to ensure I had the right kit and found that it was incorrect.

The one stop shop for anything and everything to do with automobiles and bicycles. I visited to get a number plate printed and they did a good job on the spot. They may not be the cheapest but they offer a useful and convenient service.

The staff at Halfords Otford are the true best in class. Use many times for odd bits for the car, oil lights and cleaning stuff as well as for bits for my bicycle and all staff have proved incredibly helpful and attentive - they have genuine interest in helping out. Thanks especially to the car guys who sorted my girlfriend's oil out too - she was worried she'd get it wrong
