I needed a headlight bulb replacing and a set of wiper blades fitting, no problems with the wiper blades but after 20 mins of trying to fit the bulb the guy dissapeared to get some help! a further 20 mins later and I was now late for work they were still unable to get the bulb in place. If I could have I would have left but I would have had to leave with out a headlight. Eventually they got it in but it took over an hour, not the guys fault but lack of training I feel. very poor!!

Went in halfords store today to purchase a product for my vehicle around 11:30am. Hardly any staff to serve and when I wanted to speak to manager and wasn't there.... this hasn't been the first time that manager hasn't been able to meet customers with complaints due to being absent from the store

The team were very helpful and I got exactly what I needed with help from the parts team

Nice staff very helpful had a radio fitted tho that ended in me tweaking a few things and the fitting was not cheap still got a few quirks with some of the wiring and seem to have lost a few screws somewhere in the fitting

I visited during my lunch break to fix a wiper blade , everything was fine, they recommended a good product but then I waited for half an hour despite the cashier telling me I was next in the list , went back in when I saw them serving someone just clearly got there after me and was told the person to fix couldn't find my car, very awful as I had to go back to work late

I came here for a specific item (GoPro Head strap) which was on their website bare in mind. But is was nowhere to be found, they should remove products from their website if it is not available in store also. If you are coming here of the basis of their website, don't get your hopes up as you may come away empty handed. Visited on 28/01/2017

Carl Anderson, (I think his name was) sorted out what battery I needed and fitted it, top bloke.

Staff friendly and helpful in the bike section.

Always helpful polite and have never been put off by jobs that were far from straight forward. Would happily recommend their services and staff.
