Bought a bike from them about about 2 months ago, first week i had it, there was a fault with the bike (£550 bike) and the wheel cracked, took it back to them and after waiting for hours, they finally admitted to it being a manufacturers fault and changed the wheel. I paid for their extra bike service plan (complete waste of money) and took it in for the 6 week service (as the cables had stretched) in which they told me would take 20 mins. after waiting for over half an hours, they advised there was no one available to do it and i would have to come back later and they would call me. I have now been waiting over 8 hours for this to be done, tried calling them however when ever you call them, you are put on hold for ages and no one answers the phone. No one is ever available on their live web chat ether. Now W am left with no bike to get to work tomorrow and will have to go back there tomorrow as i have no time to do it tonight before they close. BUY FROM INDEPENDENT RETAILERS - they actual care about customer service, where at these big retailers really couldn't give a care if you go back to them or not. NEVER BUY FORM THEM, their service plans are complete waste of money, their bikes are over priced and although they do a 33 point check before they give you the bike, it is not done by professionals, only handy men who think they know about bike's but just instead do a rushed job. Complete liability's.

Bought a new part for my bike and they wouldn't let me borrow any tools to fit it. None of the people working at the time were insured to work on bikes and so they couldnt remove the bolt.

On the bright side they'll happily sell you the tools..

Carry a useful range of stuff for cars, bikes and camping. I bought a stereo for my car and the guys did a good job on the install. Came back 6 weeks later with a query and they were happy to take a look and reinstall a part (for free!) Online loses one star because I think the quality of service greatly depends on which member of staff you get - two have really known their stuff and two have been hopeless!

They charged me £100 for diagnosis!!!!

Went to the store today and wanted to check I had the correct charger I was looking for so went to the help/assistance desk as surely that is where you go for advice and help but how wrong could you be.
There was a que in the pay que so the bald gentleman behind the counter looked like he decided to ignore me and called someone over from the waiting to pay que. When I asked him about the charger he said no not for he right one, no offer of help in helping me pick the correct one.just rude and unhelpful. Now remember I was at the help and assistance desk.
I finally found the correct one but wasn't sure so didn't bother going back to help and assistance desk as he was no help and went straight to the pay que. Lovely lady who opened the box so I could check it was the correct one, funny thing Mr no help wanted to but in when not asked for help then! Told him as he was no help before would rather not take his word and the nice young lady is helping me.
Maybe the store manager needs to make sure the person who is on the help/assistance desk actually wants to be there helping people as that gentleman certainly didn't
Would I go back....No but thank you to the nice young lady who did help.
