Mixed bag had a rude rep speak but thankfuly reffrd me to someone very helpful

Bike staff Brandon and Megan Fox lookalike Sydney where brilliant. They couldn't do enough for you

Don't get them to fix your bike, they are negligent and amateur. It was obvious after one minute talking to the guy who on top of that has clearly no idea how to communicate with a customer. Show some respect, boy.

Redditch store are UNHELPFUL, lazy, Rude and unprofessional!! We have been in here several times because it's our closest one, well we will not be going to this branch ever again! They argued with each other when serving customers, they leave you standing forever at the till and still not acknowledge that you are waiting! They don't even try to accommodate the customer!

Jo is marvellous, super efficient and seems to do everything herself.

Car service center, good selection of push bikes and usual camping and caravaning gear.

Bike staff are cool but downstairs walk about like zombies ..

Easy to navigate but staff could smile more:-)
