Shocking customer service. Unorganised and served people out of order deliberately.

Waiting at tills to be served for 10 minutes, others decided to make another queue and got served before me, stock is incredibly limited and over priced, staff have no genuine knowledge of cars, it's a trap shop that only pulls in people who have no clue what is going on, only advice I can give is to research what you want or need and find it cheaper else where.

I have mixed feelings about Halfords in Crewe - on one hand, the staff are friendly but on the other, they [or the systems/procedures they follow] are very disorganised. The installation of my hands free kit took ages [the installer was having problems with a car booked in earlier and was over running terribly] but we got there in the end. Now that the kit is proving to be problematic [just over a month later] - Halfords are being equally frustrating sorting it all out. At the time of writing this I'm still waiting for a resolution! The whole experience shouldn't be like this - especially when you spend so much money. I'll keep shopping there but I'll probably resist purchasing anything that needs installation/setting up.

Went in today to collect a bike pump I had ordered online as I had a message to say waiting for me.
Unfortunately it wasn't there so they gave me a better pump free of charge because it was there error, just like that. I had intended to buy a cheap one there and then just to keep me going.
Most impressed !

Good range of products and average market prices. Staff could be more approachable and helpful, however.
