Halfords

Went in the get one of my headlights changed. For some reason the battery on the car decided to die, so the guys spent about an hour or so getting it out and replacing it. It was freezing outside and the battery is in a hard to reach place, but they managed to do it. Amazing customer service and very lovely employees.

From past experiences - this store has proven helpful and they always put their customers first.

I purchased an item, came out to find my car battery flat and they were able to jump start it so I could be on my way.

Given this was peak time on a Sunday, they were very professional and so I have to say I highly recommend this Halfords.

Normally, I get a decent service but today, I went collect my DPD parcel and they couldn't find! Not pleased at all and to make matters worse, the "customer service" adviser asked me to chase DPD! How can someone tell you they've dropped of a parcel or parcel and you didn't check to make sure they've actually dropped it off? Its nothing but incompetence! They get 1 star because they've actually been alright in the past!

I purchased a mountain bike from this store, I must say that the level of service given was exceptional good. I was served by a young gentleman named Jordon. His professional approach and conduct was excellent and he remained polite and courteous throughout and engaged eye contact. I am a professional myself and that I always give a high level of service to my clients, as one would expect. (Well done.!)

The lack of parking makes this Halfords frustrating to visit during peak times. The store itself is quite decent and the staff are friendly and helpful but when I visited to get a battery fitting one of their fitters hadn't turned up leaving the only other guy with a huge backlog.

No staff in store and fitters have no clue what they're doing. As an ex Halfords employee, this place is a shambles. Avoid.

Very disapointed. Wanted to get my 2 children measured for their bikes for 'Santa'. Was not very helpful as i wanted advice and bikes they will be able to keep for a few years. The shop assistant just seemed disinterested and not at all helpful. I needed a bike for a 3 year old who is very tall all the bigger bikes had no stablizers so could not try and see what size was best.
I did want to put the deposit down for 2 bikes today but I guess i will going elsewhere!! Will go to Sidcup Cycles and pay the extra at least I know I will get good service and be able to get what i want.
