Halfords

What ever you do do not use these for DPD they loose your parcel on you!

Didn't go smoothly as store manager gave me the wrong product and he was adamant that he was correct providing myself with the wrong product!!
Well he was so wrong and he couldn't understand, providing NO apology.....

Wasted fuel travelling back & forth changing items...

Absolutely atrocious service! Paid £43 for a buckled wheel to be fixed to get it home and they have not done a thing with it, reading all these reviews the place should be closed down, tried to call them what a surprise no answer!!

bike section not v good. asked for item. told "we dont stock them". 5 mins later, afte a search for alternatives, Ifound said item on the parts rack.

It was great had to get my bike fixed so I went Halfords. It took up to a week to get the part then Halfords to fit it. Would go there again but not with a Scots bike.

Obviously had to give one star to be able to show people this review about St Helens Halfords. Today at about 7pm (an hour before the shop closed) me and my boyfriend decided to pop into halfords because where else would you go for a car window blade and wheel dust caps? We got the dust caps fine but when it come to the window wipers, we typed in his registration and got the code, we could not find this code anywhere so we decided to go for help. Could we find anybody on the shop floor that could help? Finally someone come out to put new stock out so i asked him to help us and his response was 'I don't know ask the front desk.' We decided to do exactly what he said and go to the front desk. Obviously we had to wait for someone to come, eventually when someone come he told us the code (Which we already knew) and said 'there is some there because its saying we have 20 in stock' and then told us we was looking in the wrong place, he stayed behind the till and didn't help us. When we finally found where the rear blades were, we looked for the code, there was a ticket but no blades at all so we got the next set down and took them back to the till. We told the man serving us that the ticket was there but no blades at all and his response was 'they must have been put in the wrong place' and didn't bother to look. We just bought the two items and left. Ridiculous how little help we got in there tonight and actually ashamed how there was no staff on the shop floor.

The guys at the bike section are brilliant. . Called in today with a problem with my bike ..took the lad 5 mins and cost nothing. .so helpful
