Halfords

Today morning we went specially to this brunch to return an online Order. There were three people working this time. One seemed to be the supervisor or manager and the other two at the counter. Non of them managed to sort this return out for us saying they don't find the Order number in there system. I have been advised to call Customer Services, because there is no other way to do it, even though in returns policy it says that can be done at any Halfords retail brunch. I have called customer service team, I told them which shop I have been and they apologized saying, that they don't understand eather why they were not able to do it. Advised me to go to an other shop. Thank you very much, that you are making me travel again, because of your incompenency.

Unhelpful woman at bike desk. After staring at me for 10 minutes and not asking if she could help, I went to her. When I enquired about a bike, she simply pointed me back in the direction I'd come from. It can't have been in stock because I couldn't find it amongst the small selection of bikes. She then made herself look busy by running up and down the stairs with a catalogue, at which point she nearly crashed into me. I wouldn't go back if I thought I might need assistance

Great location, easy to get to from the centre of town. Ample parking. Handy services even for simple things like getting headlamps changed!

Excellent and efficient in getting lights on car fixed. Also nice policy of refurbishing kids bikes for charity. Friendly and helpful service all round.

I had previously been into 2 other halfords stores where the staff were unable to give me any helpful advice whatsoever regarding bike sizing, here I spoke to Matt in the bike department who was a tremendous help and really knew what he was talking about. He is a credit to the store

I came saturday walking next to my broken scooter (for one hour) not really knowing what to expect. The guy told me they could fix it on monday, I felt pretty released even though I really needed it and had to go through without it for one week end. I left it on the parking, came back monday morning and there, when I ask them for a scooter repair, they just tell me that "we don't do scooter repairs". The guy that was here on Monday didn't give a damn about me having to find another garage, about his unqualified and uninformed staff, he just left me there and that was it. I lost a whole week end because of their incompetence. Bravo Halfords.

They really helped me out when one of my products was missing a set of screws. They managed to find a few spare for me and saved the day. Very helpful and upbeat staff members and an awesome service.

the guy put me for waiting about 20 minutes and doing his own things rather then look after customers and just i asked to fix my motorbike front light and he said its very big job we cant do this i hate this place
