Halfords

Lacking customer service skills! Unmotivated staff , minimal product knowledge, no interest in customers 3 staff members around store more or less empty and hardly any willingness to provide a good service.

I got a bike from there im having problems i rung them but they just give excuses to everyone dont go in the shop and buy the bikes as they rip you off

The staff at halfords are always very helpful and friendly.

"Very rubbish service, took my bike here so they could fix it. They said that they will ring me tommarow. 2 weeks later went back to see what they were doing to my bike and said again we will ring you tommarow. Two days later went back still have not fixed it, so i got my bike back from them and took it to bill hargreves just off bradford road and they fixed it under 24 hours (exellent service).

1st class service. Needed a new headlight and have it fitted. Had viewed YouTube but it showed having to take parts off to get to headlight and being female wasn't confident doing it. Was a 5 minutes job and he didn't have to remove any parts

Very rude staff!! The staff don't know what they doing, told me to come back on Saturday when a knowledgeable staff is on, what a joke that old man is!

Very disappointed.. my brake lights had gone off, went to Halfords got it changed, as soon as I drove off the warning light came on again, took it back straight away and got told off by th staff, that it takes a while to set in, he mentioned something about re-booting, I thought ok fair enough il wait, the light was still on, so took it to kwik fit, nd they put it right there nd then.
I'm not going Halfords again if they can't fix the problem

Well dealt with in the store, however the handlebars on my bike were not fastened properly on collection. Fortunately no serious damage or injuries were sustained from this but it is definitely something to look out for.

Poor poor poor never gave me my bike order in time. The guy looked confused.. said he will call me but he didnt. Then rang them and was told we will call you right back (this is after over 6 7 times of ringing them) then guess what?? No call back..so now im going to a birthday party and i don't have a bloody present. Thanks to halfords. Will most definetley contact regional manager about this.
