Disappointed. I have read really positive helpful things about Halfords in the past where they have gone out of their way to help customers.
However I was left disappointed.
I purchased some Adblue to top up my car whilst the warning light was bleeping at me. I asked if they had the tool to open the cap with, I was told by a quite unhelpful male staff member (probably a supervisor or similar as he was taking the cash from the till) who was quite stern, that they had the tool but I was not insured to borrow it which I understand.

Surely Halfords 'you' could have opened it for me with the used tool that you had sitting in a store toolbox sitting behind your counter! Afterall I had just made a purchase. I would have left feeling helped. It's just like when you offer to build a bike after a purchase.
As I say dissapointed because I otherwise respected your firm.

got a puncture and made it to store before full deflation. Bought some tubes and the assistant offered to change tube without prompting. Brilliant service, made my evening. Visited Tuesday 3rd Jan 2017 around 17.15
