Good for quick cycling kit. But I am often disappointed by quality

F#@¥ing S#§t dont answer the phone. When in to store and as much usw as chocolate tea pot. No help what so ever.

Needed a new headlight bulb for my Golf, staff were very helpful, it was fitted in a few minutes and I was on my way. Much better service than the local VW dealer!

Bought a roof rack and box - Penny advised me on the parts I needed and knew more than the Halfords' website because she was able to advise me on cheaper parts that did the same job. Very good customer service even though it was a busy Saturday.

I took my car to a Halfords Autocentre to get my tyres changed, but when it was returned there was damage to the alloys and centre caps. They then had the nerve to deny all responsibility for the damage. That's the last time I buy anything from Halfords after years of being a loyal customer

Highly skilled, extremely helpful and friendly staff in the well stocked cycling department. Visited Saturday 8/10/2016 afternoon.

Recently bought a dashcam from aylesbury store. It was faulty so went for an exchange and was told to contact directly the dash cam maker even though it had only been couple of days since purchase. So asked to speak to the manger as it didn't sound right what staff was saying. I showed them the receipt clearly stating their refund or exchange policy. In the end same staff got me the new one as a exchange without talking to the manager. What a hassle !! so halfords won't be the first option to buy from in future as they are right pain for exchange or return.
