Extremely helpful staff. Paul the bicycle mechanic is excellent at his job, sadly he only works the weekend.

I was having a problem fitting some very tight new bike tires and the staff in this shop couldn't have been more helpful. Really good service.

I popped in with my boyfriend so he could ask about getting his bike fixed. He asked person serving 'can I ask you a question' to which the guy replied 'not really, but go on'. As he did not appear to be joking, we decided not to go back again. If he was joking... it wasn't a very good one.
