Always helpful and knowledgeable staff on hand.

Took 3 members of staff to try and change a bulb. Also refused to change my dads headlight because he hadnt bought his bulb from them.ended up going to motormania instead where it was sorted in 10mins and the guy dosent charge for fitting

Friendly and helpful staff, parking is Ok but can get really busy during peak times.

Customer service.....Nil Points (Again)!! Went in to get some paint for my car - looked it up but couldn't see anything remotely close, so I did as the notice suggested, asked for help. What a joke! I unfortunately must have interrupted a gossiping session with 2 of the female members of staff. The elderly one stared at me and then just told me to "go and look at the code on the door". No offer of assistance though as her chat with her friend was very obviously far more important. The 'code' wasn't on the door (it is actually in the boot!), so I went back in and checked again - they definitely didn't have it, so I left. On the advice of a friend, I have since ordered it online (not from Halfords!) - much easier and more convenient. The previous time I was in I was given duff advice (again, mainly because they couldn't be bothered to look at the car) - I went elsewhere and solved my problem. One to avoid. Worth mentioning that 'Motormania' are far more helpful, though it is smaller, I will go to them in future.

A little over priced but it's to be expected, always has what you need in stock. I own a Halford advanced tool box and it's the best money I have spent next to snap-on

Ordered a Bike and told the day after none were available, I managed to locate 3 of this model of bike at different Halfords Stores on their website !. I then sent 5 emails to Halfords to complain about this and did not receive 1 reply.

Normally have what I need in stock. Have had issues with them not wanting to fit products to a Fiesta leaving me to have to try and fit them.

Put a deposit on a bike... said it would be ready to collect but they've removed it when they was restocking and now still waiting for a reply. I WOULD NOT BUY A BIKE FROM HERE !
