After initial mix up with appt for car radio fitting, everything was sorted out perfectly
Excellent customer service from store manager Dave, even gave me a discount on price

I frequented halfords last week and was overwhelmed by how brilliant the service was. I needed a wing mirror and something to disguise some scratches to the side of my car. Not only was the gentleman (ken) very helpful he came out to my car and showed me how to apply the tcut and the wing mirror and was even joking and hi5ing my friends little boy making a dull trip for him an enjoyable experience! Ten for Ken!

Good place for all your transportation fixing and maintenance needs... except maybe hovercraft.

I like that someone who knows about cars is able to do basic tinkering to save me from faffing around and breaking something.

Staff are usually friendly. Level access through out. Lots of toys for the children like spanners, glass bulbs and oil.

Staff are very helpful pleasant and happy , store stock.. ok. Halfords management mentality is appalling!! I believe there are some at Halfords head management who conceive stupid ideas to validate their employment (the new computer - parts finding - it's quicker and easier to read the book! specific details on your new plain, eco packaging - canbus-no canbus??!!) with Halfords! The store is always operating a minimum staff policy!! Managers- to improve productivity and services, you need more staff, this should be applied to all Halfords stores!!

I would like to thank Justin, for his help in finding touch up paint for my car. There wasn't any in store, he found one and Rotherham, dropped in to pick it up, on his way home, and had it in the Guernsey rd store the next morning... Cheers pal...
