Rang for a price and availability of a battery for a Mk3 focus. They told me that they would need to see it as their system doesn't show anything for that model. Common car would have thought it would be on their system.

Don't answer the phone , book my sons bike in for a service " you need this , you need that" load of tripe...... The bikes only 1 week old ffs. Never going back too rude and lack of communication skills. really disappointed .

The store itself is useful with a good range for most requirements, but almost every time I've been the staff seem somewhat reluctant to help. A younger average age seems to have a negative affect on customer service. Seems that there is always a long delay to be served and it never seems to have improved over the years.

Superb customer service today from Sam and a young lady who spent 90 minutes trying to sort out the battery on my car. Can't thank you enough Sam for your efforts. The battery is now sorted out. Thank you again. Liana

Sunday ruined... Ordered a tyre on Wednesday told to call in anytime on Sunday to have it fitted. Got there to be greeted by the rudest person I've ever met, couldn't be bothered to see if the tyre had arrived just said point blank we don't have time for you today.. Will never use Halfords again definitely not recommended.

Very dangerous. Had a full MOT & Service and 2 days later my wheel came off whilst driving. Avoid this Halfords at all costs
