Abysmal. I have given this store lots of custom and in return was recently treated as though I am unreasonable and in the wrong because I didn't think it right to be charged for something I was originally told.was free. I am usually a calm and measured person but Halfords Tottenham has turned me.into an angry person that puts the phone down on people!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Got what I needed ,gave good advice & service. Would defiantly go and get my bulbs fitted again!

Usually the service is relatively ok. Today was abismal. Unable to locate the item I wanted I searched for an available member of staff to point me in the right direction. They are clearly understaffed but when I did find a lady her mobile rang and she answered as I approached completely ignoring me. I stood and waited for around a minute however she paid me no Interest at all. I then walked out the store failing to obtain my needed item.

i ordered something online, got the confirmation and when i showed up they didnt have it, they offered a different product and they wanted me to pay extra money to fit it (pedals)

I went in here with a puncture and asked to buy an inner tube and if they could kindly let me use the tyre levers and Allen key I needed to change over the tyre. As is normal in so many bike shops who have helped me in similar circumstances over the years I have been riding in London and have been caught with a flat tyre. Was informed they wouldn't do this and would only sell me the kit needed. I gave in and was sold some poor quality goods over priced. The experience struck me as mean spirited and corporate. Never happened in another bike shop and I will defo hesitate before going back . Was also shocked by the way the manager spoke to me when I asked him. He was dismissive and bordering on rude. All this was Totally un necessary and counter productive and has left me with a bad feeling for the brand as a whole , hence the Motivation to share my thoughts in public here . Shop assistant was nice though.

Service is far from great, they pick people randomly from the queue to serve, so it doesn't matter where in the queue you are. Not helpful. Never go back.
