Good selection of tools available.
Staff always seem to be busy.
Free parking available.

Been waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to serve me all I wants is a car seat my my daughter . Customer service is really poor. Manager was really helpful at the end but the guy named Steve was horrible he just didn't acknowledge me at all

Paid £60 for a 2 year bike service (lots of promises of good service when I got it), got to the store 9am Saturday to get the brakes fixed on my bike, got told that it is sunny today, store will be too busy, can't leave the bike, not able to repair it today, got told to come back on Monday.
Went on a Saturday morning to be able to use my bike over the weekend.
Conclusion: no bike for the sunny weekend :(

Btw: Do not buy the 13 brand bikes, mine has given me loots of troubles, totally regret to have paid £700 for it 10 months ago.

At least the guy was honest to say that they don't sell these 13 brand bikes any more as they have given lots of mechanical issues to several people.

The staff are very helpful when in the shop but the people who pack the bikes into boxes are either blind or stupid... twice we've purchased a kids bike to take home and build our self and twice they've packed 2 completely different peddles. Now we have to make another journey to get the right peddle, my little boy is gutted he has to wait another day to ride he's bike.

This is a review about the radio ( pain in the neck) and the efforts Halfords put into it to get it to work (excellent) I recently bought a Sony Mex-N6001BD radio to replace my old one (2004) whose CD player wasn't working well. Afterwards, travelling to Suffolk, reception was 30% clear, 30% garbled and 30% silence, but the CD player worked well. Before I had a perfectly good, if limited radio and a lousy CD player. Now I just had an expensive CD player. I went back to Halfords who painstakingly installed an aerial. They got it to work but once I'd driven away and changed the station, I couldn't get back to where I was. I have nothing but praise for the efforts of the Halfords staff but the radio is too clever for its own good. I could go on about it but that will do for now.

Very disappointing. We have been looking for a bike, non of the staff was bothered to assist us or to make any business. We left without buying anything

Often go here grate staff that work up stairs all ways making my bike pro form at the best of it's ability grate work

I went to have my dipped headlight bulbs replaced. Old Kent Road Halfords has: friendly staff, is well stocked and I received swift service, having my dipped light bulbs replaced by staff, which I am grateful for.
