Waited 20 minutes to pick up a click and collect for them to go and pick it up off the shelf. Then had to wait another 10 minutes to pay for it! Couldn't pay at the click and collect because of the security tag. If it was busy it would be understandable. No staff and a few customers. Click and collect within the hour, then wait around another hour in store!

Appalling con men that blatantly tried to rip me off. Tried to post review on their own site but because it's not a good one, they haven't allowed it. Genuinely avoid especially if a female !

Have bikes on display that children get their hearts set on and then don't have them in stock and can't give a date on when they can get them. I now have a disappointed 5 year old.

Turned up on time. Told me his lads wanted to go home and it was an immediate fail as it had an air freshener hanging from rear view mirror. I said that was unfair as it had been booked for a month. Last mot passed with no advisories. Did less than 2k miles in a year and went from needing nothing to needing new : anti roll bar, brake pads, brake pad discs, suspension arm front and back both sides, sub frame coroded, bulb not working, coil spring and more. All bulbs do work. Want £47.98 to change one wiper blade. Put in for a retest with someone else, PASSED first time. They Saw a female - they wanted to go home but because I asked them to actually the MOT at the time of my actual appointment when they wanted to go home they totally ripped me off. If they didn't want to do an appointment at half four then they shouldn't have booked it ! Disgusted !

Had a car radio fitted here, not bad at all. Quick and easy.

Plenty of parking and a decent sized store complete with small parts fitting service to the car park. A two tier store with automotive downstairs and bicycles upstairs. A decent selection of stock. Not a great staff ratio but there's usually someone around.
