Service was a bit slow due to an apparent lack of staff but all the products were easy enough to find without assistance.

Awful experience. I called to book a windscreen repair.Was told i could not book just turn up.Arrived today and was told i could not have it done as i need to book in advance.No apology.Asked to see the manager and not in.Assistant manager did not turn out to see me so i left.25 mile round trip and no call or apology.How utterly pathetic.

Terrible place to buy a bike. They sold us a bike which they said was the correct size. When it arrived, we said it was too big and they assured us it was correct. Went cycling and other cyclists have said that the bike is too big. Now we are stuck with it.

I love Halfwords. Their bikes are great and their prices very good. Excellent bike service.

Luke the assistant who served me was very polite and identified a problem with the product he was fitting and sourced the alternative and then fitted the correct items. The computer system identified the wrong product.

It's just a matter of time before halfords go into administration. Everything they sell in the shop your find on eBay for way way much cheaper. they have had there day.

Much better than Farnham's store, there was actually more than one employee! So used to waiting for ages to be served, but not here. Walked in, and there was a member of staff on the parts counter, and only had to wait a few minutes for someone to fit my new battery. Given it was a work day for me, the quick turnaround in the store helped me back on the road in no time at all.

Made a mistake when diagnosing a problem with my bike, but, fair play, not only fixed the original problem but added bells and whistles for free. Bike now better than when I bought it new. Top job!

Pleasant enough environment. Generic products now for cleaning and working on your car. Good location and parking. Quite a big branch.
