Went into the ferndown store to buy a stereo and have it fitted. After a ten minute wait a tall male member of staff appeared. He didnt speak to me at all. He walked over to his computer so i followed. His eyes didnt leave the computer and he could only muster asking what car is it for, followed by more silence for a couple of mins. Then i was told it would be £100 for fitting. Crazy......

Great service as usual from the Bike Hut! Had me fixed and on my way in no time. Fantastic.

Great service easy parking and decent prices for quality products

Visited this store today to buy a bike rack for our car. We were hoping for some advice but instead we were told to take it out the box to see for ourselves. When presssed for an answer, as he clearly did not know, he turned to a colleague who was equally as useless and rude. Travelled 20 miles home to find the crucial bike straps missing from the box. Customer service is non existent and staff were rude and unhelpful. To be avoided!! 1 star is too many. ! 😡

Good store - friendly/helpful staff, good selection of general purpose goods. Only snag is that it can be just a tad expensive.

Called numerous times to find out of they stock car mats only to be put on hold or disconnected?!?

It's an auto store that doesn't really cater for cars. It sells cheap tat for cars and a few bits and bobs but it's a shadow of it's former self.

Brought bikes yesterday for my children took advice regarding my son as he needed stabilisers was assured they would fit the bikes. Go back at 7.30pm to collect only to be told that he couldn't have them even though we had paid for them - the manager was awful one very upset son and in the end brought a smaller bike for him so he could have the stabilisers he needed! Whilst in there someone else was complaining about a bike they had brought from there too!! My advice - shop elsewhere!!!!

Ok if youre desperate. Amazon for bits are way cheaper if you have amazon prime. Its called hal frauds for a reason because its expensive. Shop around places like motor bits in ferndown is quite often cheaper
