Very good they fitted to new dip beam bulbs in to my Rover 75 With no problems thank you

Had a headlight bulb out. Rocked up at site at 9am, doors open, brought a pair of new bulbs (with fitting). Nice chap called Michael fitted them there and then. Eight minutes later I was on my way. Ten thumbs up.

Bought my son his first pedal bike after a balance bike. He wasn't getting on with it as it was a little too big. Went back to Halfords with stabilisers to buy a bike tool (to fit stabilisers) and the very helpful man suggested removing the reflector so my son could touch the floor. Most importantly he gave my son a little pep talk about how he could now try without stabilisers. An hour later he was in the park riding without them! Such a patient and attentive service. I also found the service when I picked up the bike originally to be efficient and friendly. So impressed with the staff here.

Popped in to get a headlight bulb today and the helpful lady asked if I would like it fitted. I felt terrible as it was chucking down with rain... but even more reason not to have a headlight out. Steve was so happy to help. He brought me an umbrella out and was so helpful. He had a job to do our Astra as it was so fiddly... but he didn't give up! He got my bulb changed and couldn't have been more friendly. Thanks for an awesome experience! :-)

Visited store on way through to ask if touch up paint could be made up. The parts desk was unattended so waited for a few mins and then went to the till to ask cashier if anyone would be able to help me at the parts department. She looked at me as though I was crazy and then said 'I could ask it someone to come over if you want?' Yes please I said as there is no one there, she looked at me odd again and then picked up the phone. Still no one turned up apart from a lad selling a bike to someone (there were only 3 customers in the whole store). Had to leave and carry on journey so will try next Halfords on the way and hopefully might get served.

ok for materials bit dear had trouble changing my bulb on car

Just a regular Halfords store.
I don't suppose it's any better or worse than any other Halfords store.
I do however get all my car bits, parts, accessories etc from here and never had any problems. Always found all the staff more than helpful.

Excellent store. The guy I dealt with was more than happy to spend some time with me and help me pick the correct dash cam for my needs. Have since been back to buy the hard wiring kit and check the battery in my sister's car. Saw the same chap, absolutely brilliant service!
