Very helpful even when they knew that there was not sale involved. Could not be better.

They are good for car, cycles and camping accessories.

Don't bring your bicycle here for repair. Went in to simply get 2 wheels straightened. Bike was returned with wheels worse than before (now rubbing against the brake pads and some spokes extremely tight while others loose), a hole in the seat, no cap on the valve and also the valve ring missing. Went in with 1 problem left with 4. And got charged for it.

Excellent service, extremely fast and helpful. Large store and plenty of parking spaces.

Went in for a small bike repair (not even a repair jusy needed my front gears slightly adjusted) that should only take less than ten minuets, was told I need a £30 service I didnt even need to buy parts and they don't do services on the weekend and had to wait untill Monday - even though it was a Friday! Best part is I was the only customer there! Useless.

In the space of less than ten mins, Stu had advised what light bulb my Yaris needed, taken the dead one out, fitted the new one, I'd paid and was leaving the car park.
Not only was the customer service super speedy (and this was Saturday afternoon), it was friendly too. Both the lady behind the till and the light bulb fitter were incredibly nice and helpful.
I'd spent half an hour watching YouTube videos and thought I'd have to take the bumper off and everything - Stu saved me time and agro
I'll definitely being going back next time I need anything like this.
