The young man that served me was very helpful. He found the part needed to fix my bike and booked it in for repair for Friday coming. Result. 😊

I went to enquire about a repair for my cycle. The young lads there are very polite professional and very helpful and will go out of their way to do whatever they can to sort you out

He found a part for my Next base and at no cost as we have 9 cameras all purchased from Halfords.
Next base mounts have a manufacturer fault with the windscreen mount as it breaks in hot weather.

Attended the store Sunday 26/02/2017 to buy new car seat for my daughter. We were looked after by a really helpful team member called Brian. Not only was he rushed of his feet helping customers he was providing support to other members of the team. Even my daughter who is 6 commented on how nice and helpful he was. He is a really asset to your store. Keep up the good work Brain! :O)

Went to this Halfords last Saturday to look at the bikes. Whilst browsing through the selection upstairs my husband found one he really liked. Took a while to be served but it was a little busy so expected. Service was fine, ended up buying a bike worth £200 along with two helmets and a set of lights. I also purchased a lock about an hour before buying the bike but had to go downstairs as it was taking ages upstairs. After we purchased the bike the shop assistant informed us he would need to order this bike in which was fine but would be ready for pick up on Monday and the lights would also be fitted. We left happy. Anyway today my husband called the shop to confirm the pick up, he was told it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow now - not what he expected to hear after being promised the pick up time so he called back shortly after saying he wasn't happy and would like to pick it up at the original time and then was told this would be fine. Bit strange to suddenly say fine? He then went to the shop a little over 3 hours after the call to where he was given the bike boxed - not put together as promised. Not the kind of service you would expect after spending a lot of money. He asked to speak to the manager downstairs who was helpful and the bike sales assistant then said if he gave him 20 mins he could assemble the bike? So if it only takes 20 mins why could this not be done in the three hours between phone call and pick up time. Not just this but upon my husbands arrival at the shop it took the two shop assistants almost 15 mins to even acknowledge him regardless of having zero customers, not even a sorry we will be with you shortly. We are both disgraced by the service we have been given and feel deflated. The excitement from buying a new bike has somewhat been lost through this poor service. We are not normally the type of people to complain but have both never received service like this. We would understand if the bike had been late delivered and it just wasn't possible to have it ready in time but then at least call us to let us know since he did ask for a contact number on Saturday. Will not be returning or recommending this Halfords to anybody unfortunetely. We will also be making a formal complaint with the head offices we are sorry to say.
