Good stock great Range store staff not so helpful

The staff were incredibly helpful who really helped me in a jam..thanks guys..your getting five stars for positive attitude

Went to pick up a click and collect item after the store left message to say it was ready for collection. When I got to the store was a asked for photo Id not mentioned in message. Not happy made a special trip into town for my delivery a £3 rucksack. On way back home rang store and spoke to the same guy who now said oh sorry you don't need id for your delivery thought it was something else. What a clown won't waste my time here again.

Bought a bike from here, the staff were helpful and had it ready to go in twenty minutes
